The Cybersecurity Legal Team is a global team that provides Citi businesses and functions with legal counsel on all matters related to cybersecurity. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide legal support, advice, and guidance, in coordination with the Cybersecurity Legal Team and under the supervision of the Cybersecurity Legal group manager, on cybersecurity matters across Citi, with a particular emphasis on Citi's UK, Europe, and Middle East and Africa clusters. This role requires a pragmatic, proactive attorney with thorough understanding of cybersecurity, combined with a solid conceptual / practical grounding in the laws and regulations for the geographies in which we operate.
**What you'll do**
You will provide input into strategic decisions and exercise sound legal judgment to develop proactive, risk-appropriate, and commercially business-oriented solutions. Among your tasks are the following:
+ Providing counsel on all aspects of cybersecurity incident prevention and response, including customer and regulatory notifications, contractual obligations, and legal risk mitigation, to cyber and information security stakeholders.
+ Advising business stakeholders on regulatory inquiries regarding cyber and information security issues and/or events.
+ Instructing Citi's Cybersecurity Fusion Center and Citi's business lines on legal risks associated with various components of Citi's cyber and information security program, including matters involving incident response strategies, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.
+ Tracking existing and proposed cybersecurity rules and regulations (such as DORA and the EU Cyber Resilience Act) and advising on legal interpretations in order to inform a compliance strategy.
+ Working with legal and product teams globally to review products, features, new applications and initiatives to provide legal risk mitigation advice.
+ Drafting cybersecurity presentations, exercises, and trainings, as well as presenting and participating as needed.
+ Counseling on the development and implementation of information security governance.
+ Updating cybersecurity policies, playbooks, and procedures.
**What we'll need from you**
We are looking for an attorney who has experience advising clients on cybersecurity issues or supporting an information security team, who has a strong interest in pursuing a specialization in cybersecurity, and who meets the following qualifications:
+ Knowledge of cybersecurity laws, regulations, and practices, as well as the regulatory and legal environment in which Citi operates.
+ To be a self-starter with proven ability to apply sound judgment, engage directly with internal clients, manage multiple significant projects, and work well under tight time pressures. The candidate should be willing to work outside of normal business hours during emergency events.
+ Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and relationship management skills, and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.

**Your Impact**
You will provide guidance and assist Security Sellers and Account teams within the territory in a pre-sales technical role, showcasing Cisco security product solutions, setting up demonstrations, explaining features and benefits to customers, and designing and configuring products to address specific customer security needs. **Minimum Qualifications**

- 4-6 years of technical sales or Customer Success with 3 years in Cloud/Network Security.
- Hands on experience with one or more of these Cisco Security Products (or their competitive equivalent):
Proven track record of managing or winning technical high-value security projects.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- History of successful quota achievement.
- Ability to demo / POV any ofthese Cisco Security products(the more the better): Knowledge of public clouds AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
- Experience with incident response a plus
- Experience with administering security for a company (e.g. purchased and deployed Cisco security products as a customer) is a plus.
- Solid presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with whiteboard discussions that transform customer requirements into security solutions
- Highly motivated self-starter who does not need day-to-day management
- Experience with APIs and scripting languages is a nice to have but not required.

1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

**Meet the Team**
We are looking for a seasoned, detail-oriented Security Incident Manager to join our security team. The Cybersecurity Incident Manager is a senior role responsible for managing, documenting and communicating enterprise-level cybersecurity incidents. This crucial role involves the careful documentation and management of security incidents, ensuring our response is thorough and aligned with compliance and regulatory requirements. The Security Incident Manager will act as a key liaison between the central Security Operations Center (SOC) and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication with senior leadership and driving incident resolution. This individual will drive teams to ensure timely detection, containment, eradication, and recovery from cyber threats while minimizing operational disruptions.
**Your Impact**
**Incident Response Leadership**
1. Lead all phases of incident response, including detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery and communication.
2. Act as the primary decision-maker during cybersecurity incidents, coordinating efforts across technical and business teams.
3. Ensure adherence to the organization's incident response framework and regulatory requirements.
2. **Strategic Communication**
1. Serve as the main point of contact for incident updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
2. Provide detailed, actionable reports during and after incidents, including root cause analysis and mitigation strategies.
3. **Collaboration and Coordination**
1. Collaborate with Corporate CSIRT, Incident Command, Cyber legal, IT, risk management, Data Protection and other departments to ensure a unified response.
2. Engage with third-party vendors, Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and law enforcement when necessary.
4. **Preparation and Readiness**
1. Develop, maintain, and test incident response plans, playbooks, and escalation procedures.
2. Conduct regular tabletop exercises and simulations to train and prepare teams.
5. **Post-Incident Activities**
1. Oversee the generation of post-incident reports and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future planning.
2. Recommend security enhancements to prevent recurrence of incidents.
6. **Compliance and Reporting**
1. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies during incident response.
2. Stay updated on emerging threats and trends in cybersecurity to improve response capabilities.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ At least 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity
+ Demonstrated experience managing large-scale cybersecurity incidents.
+ Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., CSL, DSL, PIPL, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 3+ years in an incident response or leadership role.
+ Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Security+, or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) preferred.
+ Exceptional leadership and decision-making under pressure.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Collaborative mindset with an ability to manage cross-functional teams.
