The Role: QA Engineer

Location: London HQ

Hybrid working and flexible hours: 4 days in the office and 1 WFH.

Novatus Global is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the testing strategy, ensuring that all new features and releases are thoroughly tested before deployment. You will be responsible for implementing automated testing to maintain high-quality standards across the platform and reduce manual effort wherever possible. Key Responsibilities

• Own the QA and testing strategy, ensuring that all new features and releases are properly checked before deployment.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests to improve coverage and efficiency of the QA process.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test plans.

About You:

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer, Test Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Jest, or similar).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
