About the RoleThe purpose of this role is to lead the marketing and communications function in executing external marketing strategies and internal communication plans. You will ensure consistent brand messaging across channels, align marketing efforts with organisational goals, and foster a positive internal culture. The role blends tactical execution with long-term strategy and partners with the executive leadership team to drive growth and profitability. We are especially interested in candidates with digital-first experience and experience across the EMEA region. A background in professional services or consultancy-led businesses is desirable where strategic marketing and stakeholder engagement are key.
Responsibilities- Overall responsibility for the marketing team within RKS, internal communications media within RKS, and the business-specific marketing strategy, plans, projects, and campaigns
 - Identify and oversee marketing initiatives through campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
 - Support development of value propositions for campaigns, bids, and proposals
 - Increase awareness by managing social media and digital communication strategy to build engagement and community
 
In collaboration with marketing leaders across the Tetra Tech portfolio, oversee and innovate with digital marketing channels and websites to optimise the brand and advocate for the RKS operating unit. Guide continuous analysis of the competitive environment and market trends. Implement a data-driven approach to refine strategies and improve marketing effectiveness. Present monthly performance narratives to executive leadership, linking initiatives to ROI. Set and manage the departmental budget in line with forecast and strategy. Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders across regions, driving thought leadership and content creation in support of marketing strategy. Oversee maintenance of internal communications media and internal messaging content. Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team and drive a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. Lead growth and structuring of the marketing team to support business objectives. Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results-driven execution.
About You- Experience leading teams across geographical regions (Dutch or European experience preferred)
 - Substantial marketing leadership experience, ideally within a professional services or consultancy-led environment
 - Strong digital marketing background with proven success in EMEA markets
 - Deep understanding of digital technologies, media tools, and emerging innovations
 - Adept strategist but comfortable being hands-on
 - Strong numerical and analytical skills to measure activity and drive performance
 - Outstanding communication skills in written and verbal English
 - Experience working within a portfolio or matrix business
 
- Professional qualification in Marketing and/or Communications
 - Dutch speaker

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director for EMEA to lead our brand and revenue generation efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Reporting directly to the Redzone GM of EMEA while working closely with the SVP of Marketing for Redzone with a close partnership with Sales, this critical role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on field marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and digital initiatives to drive significant pipeline and revenue growth in the EMEA segment.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach, capable of building strong relationships with sales teams and delivering measurable results in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
We are prioritizing candidates located in the UK with German or French‑speaking skills or candidates in Germany with English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Field Marketing & Events- Plan, organize, and execute all EMEA trade shows, industry events, and Redzone‑hosted customer events.
 - Manage event logistics, budget, vendor relationships, partners' sponsorships, and lead capture processes to maximize ROI.
 - Collaborate closely with the EMEA sales team to align event strategies with regional sales objectives.
 - Work closely with the Redzone partners team to organize and execute partners marketing related activities.
 
- Develop and implement targeted ABM strategies and campaigns to engage key accounts and drive pipeline generation in partnership with the EMEA sales team.
 - Work with sales to identify high‑value target accounts and create personalized marketing programs.
 
- Oversee and optimize pay‑per‑click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various digital channels to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness in EMEA.
 - Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
 
- Work with the EMEA team, EMEA partners and relevant analysts to create local EMEA case studies, customers videos and whitepapers that are relevant to EMEA core markets including the UK, Germany, France and the Middle East.
 - Manage the localization of global marketing content, including website copy, collateral, case studies, and campaign assets, to ensure cultural relevance and effectiveness for the EMEA market.
 - Work with internal and external translation and localization partners.
 
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan for the EMEA region, aligned with global marketing objectives and regional sales targets.
 - Manage the EMEA marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
 - Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new marketing opportunities.
 - Collaborate cross‑functionally with global marketing teams, product marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
 - Provide regular reporting on marketing performance, key campaigns, ROI, and pipeline contribution for the EMEA region.
 - Oversee one direct report and towards building out a larger team
 
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
 - 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a significant portion focused on the EMEA market and B2B software/SaaS.
 - Experience managing and developing teams
 - Proven track record of success in field marketing, ABM, and digital marketing (PPC).
 - Strong experience in planning and executing trade shows and customer events.
 - Demonstrated ability to localize content for different regional markets.
 - Deep understanding of the EMEA business landscape and cultural nuances.
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
 - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
 - Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, and collaborative environment.
 - Experience in the manufacturing sector or with connected worker solutions is a plus.
 - Fluency in English required; additional European languages are highly desirable.
 - Fluency in German or French is strongly preferred

You will have full responsibility for the Sales and Marketing function from land appraisal, marketing research, setting prices, bringing new sites to market and site launch as well as the management of all reservations through to customers moving into their new homes. Marketing Plans
- Develop and execute a successful site launch program opening new development outlets, on time and to budget

 - Agree the target customer profile then brief the production of show home interior design, in conjunction with the Sales Managers, innovating where required to establish company best practice and benchmark guidelines
