The Role:
- Run and grow social media presence across all platforms, creating and scheduling impactful and engaging content, reacting to new trends;
- Assist in designing both digital and printed marketing materials, working with a videographer to create compelling videos and imagery;
- Plan, create and send compelling newsletters that customers want to open;
- Take the reins with industry leading events and expos (occasional weekends required);
- Keep campaigns on track with smart calendar planning and KPI reporting;
- Write press releases and build great relationships with media partners;
- Jump in with ad-hoc enquiries when needed, this is a team-first company.
Experience Needed:
- Proven track record of success in delivering high impact social media and digital marketing campaigns (this is not an entry-level role!);
- Strong communications skills and the ability to work collaboratively;
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite;
- Confident across all social platforms; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube;
- HubSpot and Woocommerce;
- A love of bikes, cars or boats is an advantage!

Your opportunity
Working collaboratively as part of the Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence, this individual will be responsible for the following key areas:
+ Digital marketing production:
+ Manage the marketing automation and e-mail marketing programme and ongoing activity for organic and paid
+ Ensure seamless integration of digital campaigns, segmentation and distribution lists into our CRM tool and Pardot email platform
+ Contribute to the development and execution of regional social media strategy (paid & organic)
+ Coordination: Support request and activity of the marketing team, coordinate external digital agencies and service providers to help ensure smooth emailing and campaign execution, roll out and monitoring.
+ Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring and reporting on marketing activity effectiveness using key performance metrics to guide future improvements.
+ Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning and delivery of pan-regional campaigns across EMEA, LATAM, and US Offshore.
+ Campaign Toolkit Development:
+ Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. product marketing, regional leads, investment specialists, design, UX) to help shape campaign messaging and propositions at both capability and product levels.
+ Support the development of campaign assets such as landing pages, emails, social media posts, and webinars.
+ General Support: Carry out additional tasks as needed to support the wider marketing team.

We are seeking a talented **Digital Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover)** to join our team for 12 months. This role is key in driving our digital presence, managing campaigns, lead generation and supporting product marketing initiatives.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, Marketing and Strategy, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing activities across multiple channels. You will work closely with our external marketing agency, internal product managers, and the wider sales team to deliver measurable impact on lead generation and brand awareness.
**Key Responsibilities**
