- Strong proficiency in Java or JavaScript languages. This is required to write custom code, create add-ons, and handle complex scenarios that may arise during the automation testing process.

- Experience with custom frameworks like Selenium with Java is desirable.

About the role.
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a QA Engineer to join us.
Responsibilities include
- Working with a cross-functional squad and other members of QAto estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate quality testing activities based on business requirements and criticality, as well as working collaboratively within the QA team.
- Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality, using open source tools.
- Liaise with team members such as Engineers and Product Managers to identify functional requirements.
- Attend squad ceremonies, such as stand ups, and refinement meetings, as well as getting collaborating with the squad to deliver quality features.
- Engaging with squads in creating acceptance criteria and aid in reviewing designs.
- Developing a deeper understanding of test plans and test cases.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies.

- Proven work experience within software development and software quality assurance, ideally within an Agile environment.
- 2+ years experience of software QA methodologies, tools and practices.

- An understanding of test plans and test cases.
