What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Digital Editor, you'll write news and features around investing and personal finance.

You'll help us create content, come up with ideas, update our existing content to keep it “evergreen”, monitor the topics that are driving traffic or trending, optimise new and existing content and set up our daily newsletter.

We're looking for someone who's comfortable researching and writing about personal finance, pensions, investments and property, and explaining these topics in plain English.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • A strong interest in and understanding of the investment and personal finance sector
  • Ability to deliver high quality content quickly and efficiently
  • A familiarity with SEO best practices
  • Understanding of social media and other evolving digital platforms

The Healthcare Mental Well-being Communications team is looking for a candidate to assist with writing needs for presentations, video and training scripts, promotional emails, flyers and more to help bring the story of Quality & Performance, and data integration to life. The candidate will work closely with the director of Engagement and other subject matter experts to understand the messaging needs and produce copy adjusted for different audiences that meets the need, such as – member, client, internal, executive, and more. They will also have strong editing skills, < r>Candidate should be detail oriented and have excellent writing review editing skills including the ability to identify improvements and/or errors and be able to make adjustments that meet the need. They will work with business constituents to meet business writing, review and insight needs. They will be knowledgeable of the Healthcare/*** writing standards and guidelines and adhere to them in their writing.
Some of these tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Provides supports to BH/EAP Sales through copywriting for presentations, marketing materials and custom requests for internal needs. < r>• Effectively collaborates with key subject matter experts to meet the business needs and requests. < r>• Meets urgent deadlines for immediate projects/requests that are outside of the normal turnaround timeframe. < r>• Writing marketing content, including articles, guidebooks, video scripts, podcast outlines, promotional emails, infographics, etc. < r>
5+ years communications or marketing writing experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with members, all levels of management, clients, prospects, and executives. As a Pharmaceutical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing medical writing direction and guidance for various projects. Your expertise will ensure that all documentation aligns with client's style guide and meets the necessary regulatory standards (US and EMA). You will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical writing direction and guidance aligned with client's style guide for assigned projects, including the review of work products. < r>
• Convert relevant data and information into formats that comply with TM document requirements and coordinate the review of the final products. < r>
• Understand, assimilate, and interpret various sources of information with appropriate guidance and direction from the TM team. < r>
• Confirm the completeness and accuracy of information presented in documents. < r>
• Perform literature searches as needed to gather relevant content for drafting documents. < r>
• Maintain expert knowledge of US and international regulations, requirements, and guidance associated with scientific publications, including US FDA and ICH guidelines. < r>
• Utilize prior knowledge of preclinical strategy, pharmacology, toxicology, and GLP practices to ensure that documents drafted at client are prepared for regulatory inspection or audit in the US or Europe. < r>
• Complete draft reports based on data provided by client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure thoroughness and compliance. < r>
• Review draft training modules on GLP’s, regulatory writing and FDA interactions and provide suggestions on ways to modernize.
Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. < r>
• Proven experience in medical writing within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. < r>
• Regulatory Affairs Certification and/or PMP certification < r>
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidance related to scientific publications. < r>
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. < r>
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. < r>
• Proficient in conducting literature searches and synthesizing information. < r>
