Our client, a highly regarded multi asset Investment firm are looking for an experience Operational Risk Manager to oversee operational risk globally and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust risk management framework to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks across the organisation.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the firm’s Operational Risk Management framework, ensuring it is fit-for-purpose and aligned with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
  • Lead periodic reviews and updates of risk policies, procedures, and controls.

  • Strong grasp of best practices in risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, drive change and manage a diverse range of matters while collaborating with the wider business across jurisdictions and escalating issues when and if necessary.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
