  • Lead Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT).
  • Provide technical support during commissioning and post-commissioning phases.
  • Ensure system compliance with grid codes, interconnection requirements, and utility specifications.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications:
Essential:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in SCADA engineering, with at least 2 years in battery storage or renewable energy projects.
  • Strong understanding of SCADA communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, OPC UA).
  • Experience with SCADA platforms such as GE iFIX, Schneider Wonderware/AVEVA, Siemens WinCC, Ignition, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in HMI development and control logic programming (PLC/RTU).
  • Familiarity with grid interconnection requirements and utility SCADA interface protocols.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Energy Management Systems (EMS) and battery control algorithms.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks for industrial control systems.
  • Familiarity with energy markets and regulatory environments.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent (optional but advantageous).
