Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles using advanced search techniques across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks).

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, with a strong focus on technology or digital roles.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and filling niche technical positions.
- Proficiency with various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, X-ray searching, and social media recruiting.
- Excellent understanding of the technology landscape, common tech stacks, and IT roles.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience within a recruitment agency or consultancy environment is highly desirable.
- A genuine interest in technology and the ability to articulate technical concepts to candidates.
