About the role

As the full-time Wellness Concierge at our brand-new Super Prime development in Central London, you will be responsible for:

●    Delivering exemplary experiences to all residents and their guests

●    Ensuring the facility consistently maintains its luxury lifestyle standards

●    Creating a welcoming atmosphere where residents can live their best life

●    Building quality relationships with residents and catering to their needs

●    Promoting spa services so residents view the facility as a peaceful haven

●    Managing spa bookings and keeping the spa clean and well-stocked

Under the direction of the Director - Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager has the primary responsibility to provide HR support to the management staff and employee population of Guncast, Barr + Wray & Kast with occasional support of other Luxury Brands including Klafs. This position will support the linking of HR activity to the success and strength of the organization. This position interfaces in all aspects of the business unit, its customers and especially its employees to bring HR activity into alignment to organization goals and help the organization succeed through progressive and responsive HR practices.
**Specific Responsibilities**
**HR Strategy**
- Participate and contribute to business unit staff and planning meetings to gain insight into the business and strategic plans. Provide support to the development of Human Resource plans and actions to best align talent to achieve the business goals.
- Identify opportunities for HR integration of recent acquisitions in the UK and make recommendations to help synergize processes with Kohler.
**Employee Development / Relations**
- Assist in the talent review process, and formulation of associate development plans; identify critical positions and develop succession strategies for those positions. Recommend and implement developmental assignments for selected associates to ensure appropriate development of internal successors, and nurturing of high potential employees.
- Counsel management on individual HR issues, performance problems, terminations, promotions, position creation, job content, job description, development and ACTs.

**Performance Management**

- Guide the performance review process in partnership with the HR Director (Klafs).
**Recruiting & Integration**

OVERALL:

+ Market and promote IW to guests and focus to improve projected revenue targets and promotional initiatives to drive sales for products, programs and treatments.
+ Provide consultation, specialized treatments and prescription of programs, medicines and products to the guests when required.
**Qualifications**
To execute the position of Integrated Wellness Practitioner, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
+ High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years' experience in a similar luxury spas and health clubs with proven references.
+ Preferred candidate will have a degree or certification in one of the following: Allopathic Doctorate, Ayurveda Doctor/Physician, Physiotherapy, Fitness and Nutrition, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Anatomy and Physiology and/or similar health related fields or have broad knowledge on anatomy and physiology and massage therapy.
+ Technical skills include Advanced MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms.
+ Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.

Profiles Creative are working with a vibrant, international lifestyle brand looking for a highly creative and versatile Designer to join their talented in-house team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative creative studio where your work will bring a global brand to life across everything from standout campaign concepts and digital content to beautifully crafted internal comms and product launches.


The Role:

You’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class design across multi-channel touchpoints – digital, print, motion and beyond. Partnering closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Content and Events, you’ll produce engaging assets that champion the brand and drive impact.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing assets for global campaigns, product launches and events
  • Creating a variety of on-brand content, from brochures and web assets to social, POS and presentations
  • Supporting and evolving brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all deliverables
  • Preparing artwork for both print and digital output with accuracy and precision
  • Editing imagery and visualising content through infographics, charts and motion graphics
  • Managing multiple projects, working at pace and collaborating across departments

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced in-house or agency design role
  • A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing creative thinking across digital, print and motion
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop essential; After Effects a bonus
  • A sharp eye for layout, typography, colour and detail
  • Confident in producing artwork for both print and digital
  • Knowledge of HTML/email design principles
  • Strong organisational skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
  • (Nice to have) Photography or video editing skills
