We’re seeking reliable, hard-working, and motivated Delivery Drivers to join one of our logistics service providers. This is a Delivery Driver role where you’ll spend the majority of your day out on the road - so a passion for driving is a plus! Predefined routes and presorted packages are provided. So, once you've conducted your safety checks and loaded up, you can simply head off and drive.

What You’ll Do

As a key player in our site operations, you will:

  • Always ensure the mechanical and electrical safety of the site.
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) using our Agility CMMS system.
  • Quickly and safely respond to equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime.
  • Collaborate with operators to plan maintenance activities efficiently.
  • Help manage spare parts inventory and ordering via our P2P system.
  • Support energy-saving initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain excellent workshop housekeeping and support site hygiene standards.
  • Supervise external contractors and maintain site safety controls (e.g. Permits to Work)

What You’ll Work With

A variety of essential plant equipment, including:

  • Drag chain and screw conveyors.
  • Belt and bucket elevators.
  • Boilers and steam plant
  • Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Mixing and weighing machinery
  • Electrical control panels with inverters and PLCs

Who You Are

Essential:

  • Multiskilled Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) – C&G Level 3/HNC or equivalent
  • Proven experience in planned maintenance systems
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety best practices
  • Logical analytical person with effective communication skills
  • Living within a 1-hour radius of the designated site

Desirable:

  • FMCG, food production, or lean/CI experience
  • IOSH or other safety qualifications
  • Certifications such as 18th Edition, BOAS, IPAF, PASMA, Confined Space, Forklift, Welding/Fabrication

We are now recruiting for Support Workers to join our friendly well-established teams at our Supported Living Service in Dereham, Norfolk. 

Roles are permanent, working 37.5 hours per week. We are offering Support Workers in Dereham £4,374 per annum.

Our services are personalised to the individuals that live in them and the people that provide the support. We want to ensure those that provide their support feel the same way about activities and life as they do. So as part of the process we will discuss your suitability / availability and together we will decide on the best service for you.

We support 5 individuals in each of our homes and you will be lone working with the person you will be supporting. Each individual is provided with care and support tailored to their individual needs, be that complex communication needs, physical health conditions, multi-sensory impairments.

Care is provided around the clock. We take particular pride in the range of activities and wellbeing events we provide. You will often find yourself out on offsite activities, day trips and holidays. Some examples of community activities include Horse Riding, bowling, swimming and music lessons. Your role would also include personal care, medication administration and a small amount of manual handling (hoisting) where necessary.

We are flexible in our shifts and the gerneral shift patterns are as follows: 7:00am-4:00pm and 4:00pm-10:00pm. Sleep-ins are also available as overtime. This will be discussed with you at interview.

We are now recruiting for Support Workers to join our friendly well-established teams at our Supported Living Service in Dereham, Norfolk. 

Roles are permanent, working 18 hours per week. We are offering Support Workers in Dereham £2.50 per hour. 

Our services are personalised to the individuals that live in them and the people that provide the support. We want to ensure those that provide their support feel the same way about activities and life as they do. So as part of the process we will discuss your suitability / availability and together we will decide on the best service for you.

We support 5 individuals in each of our homes and you will be lone working with the person you will be supporting. Each individual is provided with care and support tailored to their individual needs, be that complex communication needs, physical health conditions, multi-sensory impairments.

Care is provided around the clock. We take particular pride in the range of activities and wellbeing events we provide. You will often find yourself out on offsite activities, day trips and holidays. Some examples of community activities include Horse Riding, bowling, swimming and music lessons. Your role would also include personal care, medication administration and a small amount of manual handling (hoisting) where necessary.

We are flexible in our shifts and the gerneral shift patterns are as follows: 7:00am-4:00pm and 4:00pm-10:00pm. Sleep-ins are also available as overtime. This will be discussed with you at interview.

The Role

Working within a complex engineering environment our Multi-Skilled Engineers are responsible for providing a responsive engineering service to the Operations Team to ensure that high levels of machine availability, efficiency, reliability, safety, and quality standards are achieved, and improved upon.  They will be responsible for providing effective and long-term solutions to continuously improve machine reliability.  The role will involve working within the sites during shutdowns, carrying out repairs, scheduled part replacement, improvement projects and preventative maintenance as well as supporting productive running hours in line with business needs.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Other key elements of the role involve:

  • Identification and recovery of fault situations on all processing equipment and ancillary devices.
  • Monitoring and adjusting equipment and process conditions to ensure that 'right first time' quality is achieved.
  • Maximising equipment utilisation by carrying out effective preventative maintenance procedures, timely calibrations, routine safety checks on all processing equipment.
  • Promoting an environment of continuous improvement at all times and assisting in process improvement projects.
  • Contributing to and assisting in development of the PM systems.
  • Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Your job title does not limit your duties and the Company may require you from time to time to undertake any other duties within your capability.
