Your skills and experience

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a HR generalist role with a good understanding of employment law and proven track record of end to end case management.

We are looking to fill a number of mid and senior level content design roles. 

As a Content Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating clear, user-centred content for our public sector client. You will also have the opportunity to work for other clients in government and the private sector. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver content that is accessible, understandable, and aligned with the Government Digital Service (GDS) standards. •    Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards, using GDS design principles
•    Grounding in user-centred design, from concept to final delivery
•    Knowledge of which tools, process, or methods to use and how to bring an agile delivery team along with you
•    Ability to engage with development teams and architects to ensure data and technical considerations are accommodated within the design
•    Evidence of working with user centred design colleagues to synthesise insights and act on the outcomes
