- Act as the Subject Matter authority for the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring effective use, data integrity, and continuous improvement. Head maintenance reporting and KPI tracking to support data-driven solution-making and performance monitoring.
- Support both capital and non-capital projects by ensuring reliability fundamentals are embedded throughout. Champion the Early Equipment Management (EEM) process to drive robust design, smooth commissioning, and long-term asset performance.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of Criticality Assessments and Risk-Based Maintenance evaluations, including methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM), to maximise asset performance and mitigate operational risks.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and support teams to guide and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring technical failures and breakdowns, driving sustainable corrective actions and long-term reliability improvements.
- Identify and head Value Optimisation projects that enhance asset performance, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
