I Have Forgotten My Password - How Can I Access My Account?


To change your password/do a password reset, you need to follow these simple steps:

  1. At any point on our website, look to the top right hand corner and click on sign-in

  2. Under the login boxes click the link that says forgot your password?

  3. Follow the instruction to your email address and click the link in the email.

You can now recreate your password - don't forget to make a note of it. If you like you can select the remember me option on the login page.


What can I do now I’m logged in?

Once you’re logged in there are a number of things you can do within your account. Your name and email address are the first of these. After that you have the ability to alter your recent job searches by either removing them from your search history or changing the number of results shown on each page.

The next thing you can change is your saved jobs list. Here you can remove any jobs you’ve previously saved that have since expired, for instance.


Jobs By Email (JBE)

Jobs By Email (JBE) alerts are the final setting you can alter. This setting allows you to stop or edit any of the alerts you’ve previously created. You’ll also be given the option to select how frequently you’d like to receive your alerts: everyday, every other day or weekly. If you like you can pause any of your alerts indefinitely.
