Account Manager (Sales) position - Anywhere US
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas.
Job Type: 100% Commission
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Maintain client routine follow-ups and exceptional execution and service
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Responsible for collecting job descriptions from the client and getting a full brief on the type of the candidate they are looking to get hired.

Must already be set up with a home office to include a computer and WiFi… and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong B2B sales experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be a “Go Getter” and not afraid of the word “No”.
2-5 years of Sales experience is preferred.
Must be able to conduct yourself professionally.
Must be comfortable with cold calling and/or face to face business interactions with potential clients.
Must be very organized and a multi tasker.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Experience: 1-2 yrs
