FaulknerScott are working with an incredibly successful organisation who provide risk management software as a service to clients in order to minimise the risk to their business when trading with other companies. Following an incredible amount of sustainable growth, this organisation are seeking an energetic, confident, ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join them in their new offices in Manchester.
This is a hybrid role, requiring a self starter, who can manage relationships with a portfolio of clients, follow up inbound leads and self generate leads in order to win new business to add to this. They have an excellent reputation and a global presence and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of their new teams. Attitude is the most important trait for this role - a foundation in New Business Development is necessary but full and thorough training will be included over an 8 week period, where you will enjoy learning from the top performers, getting to know each other and learning about the incredible culture that they manage to create in their offices. This is a company where staff turnover is low, rewards are high and teams are motivated, successful and close knit.
Ideally you'll have 3+ years of New Business Development experience within tech/software or similar, be a fantastic relationship builder, organised, confident and passionate. You'll be curious, creative and want to progress your career in a company that will support and develop you to do so.
In return for your hard work, as a Business Development Manager you'll be offered -
