AR/VR is looking for an experienced and highly talented marketer to take on this this exciting new role in our London Facebook office focused Facebook hardware. Reporting to the Channel Marketing Lead in London, this role will manage retail/channel marketing, online retail executions, in store executions and promotions for a broad set of retail accounts in Northern Europe. The AR/VR team is developing the future of virtual reality and bringing products to consumers that transform entertainment and social experiences. Virtual reality's potential to connect the world is immense-and we're just getting started. The AR/VR Channel Marketing team at Facebook is tasked with growing consumer adoption of Virtual Reality technology.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage AR/VR retail presence to create best in class consumer shopping experiences
  2. Create retail marketing programs to drive sales of AR/VR products in Northern Europe such as bundles, promotions and content offers
  3. Work with retailers and through agency team and distributors to execute marketing campaigns
  4. Quarterly planning meetings with agencies in UK/Nordics/Netherlands to evaluate account marketing plans and review previous quarter performance
  5. Manage online listings, product & landing pages, banner placements, channel marketing assets, localized assets, POS requirements for all retailers
  6. Track spend and campaign performance and optimise for all retailers
  7. Evaluate store performance, performance of store merchandise team and manage estate to ensure best in class execution at store level for all tier 2 retailers
  8. Support the team to create retail merchandising and branding in store and online to promote the AR/VR brand and products
  9. Manage co-marketing display programmes

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Experienced Marketing professional who will excel in a fast paced company with high expectations
  2. 8+ years relevant experience with a clear record of achievement and success in technology based consumer marketing
  3. Clear understanding of the retail landscape in European markets and the tools to drive retail sales
  4. Proven knowledge in selling consumer goods online and in store and direct experience working with European CE retailers in particular Dixons Carphone Group, Argos, John Lewis, Elkjop and retailers in Netherlands
  5. A record of excellence leading successful retail marketing programmes and go to market planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels
  6. A passionate advocate for innovation and the opportunities presented by disruptive technologies

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field or relevant experience
  2. Multi-language desired
