Clerk of Works/NHS/Berkshire/£250 pd/12 month contractAn opportunity has arisen for a Clerk of Works to join the Capital Development Team of a large NHS trust near the Berkshire area.This position would be ideal for someone with extensive on site practical experience; Construction Site Managers, Building Surveyors and Building Inspectors, or those with equivalent experience in a similar role, could all adapt their skills to this challenging new role.You will support the wider capital development team in successfully delivering a range of schemes including, but not exclusive to, ward refurbishments and new builds. Your role within the team will be to ensure the safe and high quality onsite project delivery.You will have experience of working as part of a team, ideally in the healthcare construction industry and will also have good communication skills.
