What you will be doing: As Commercial Operations Manager at Crowdcube reporting into our Head of Finance and Business Intelligence, you will work closely with our Fundraising, Partnerships, and Campaigns teams, as well as across other areas of the business. It's a unique opportunity to have a big impact on our growth. Day to day you will: * Responsible for all commercial analytics, target setting, performance reporting, efficiency measures, compensation plans and overall pipeline management * Support the commercial team in developing revenue and pricing strategies, providing regular feedback and data led insights to drive revenue growth. * Work closely with our marketing team to develop and deploy effective lead sourcing, content creation and sales enablement strategies * Work closely with our data team to research and implement advanced funnel analytics, opportunity qualification and revenue optimisation strategies * Align commercial planning and forecasting with business level OKRs and establish departmental specific objectives and KPIs. * Drive continuous improvement and simplification in all commercial processes through standardisation and automation Requirements Ideally you will have: * Significant experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM * Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, lead sourcing, opportunity qualification, pipeline management and pricing analytics * Exceptional business partnering and communication skills with the ability to lead by influence * Exposure to SQL and other database, scripting, or business intelligence tools Benefits What we are offering: We like to nurture talent and ensure members of our team develop and hone their skills through training, conferences, subscriptions to online courses, and participation in hackathons. There aren't any trick questions and the task will typically be based on a real scenario or problem the team has worked on.
