Hugely successful property business; residential, commercial, leisure, industrial sectors and more; The Role The Content and Campaign Manager will be joining a team of 8, working closely with the Head of Strategy and the Marketing Manager, and helping to oversee more junior members of the team, such as Marketing and Social Media execs. The role will see you taking ownership of content strategy, across all formats and channels, and the shaping of campaign activity around it. And, given the diverse nature of the groups businesses and projects, you will enjoy creating activity tailored to different audiences, commercial and residential, across differing demographics, but always upholding the brand values and appropriate tone of voice. No two days are the same. The role will involve the following - Writing - this is central to the role, and requires a solid understanding of how to write warm and engaging copy, to leave a smile in the mind of the reader, and to ensure the audience are encouraged to engage through appropriate calls to action. As much of the content will be used digitally, an understanding of SEO principals will be essential. - Content - leading the strategy, scheduling, creation (or organisation), and performance monitoring of content in all forms written, animated, video, infographic, audio, across the website and other digital channels, including social media (and paid social), emails, blogs, white papers and more. - Campaigns - commercially focussed on devising campaign activity that will maximise the impact of the content, and generate enquiries, sales, rentals, engagement as required. The company is currently considering engaging with a platform such as Hubspot or Salesforce. - Brand guardianship - your expertise will help to shape the tone of voice and brand image, and you will be responsible for ensuring that all content and campaign activity worked on by other members of the team is on brand. The Person The Content and Campaign Manager role may be suitable for people with the following job titles Content Marketing Manager, Content Manager, Campaign Manager, Social Media Manager, Marketing Manager. Candidates should come with some or all of the following - Track record of creative thinking, implementation, and delivering results in a similar capacity - Strengths in content creation, content campaigns, social media management - ideally with experience of community engagement - Commercial understanding of the link between content and sales performance - Experience working with and getting the best out of colleagues and external resource - Minimum of 5 years experience, including leading strategy - Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Content, Journalism, PR, Digital Marketing, PR, or similar The Organisation and its culture The Content and Campaign Manager will join one of Manchesters most influential property businesses, whos interest in Manchester goes beyond their projects and sees them involved in many city wide initiatives and charities.
