Our 8,300 employees, elected members, partners and the public are all key players in ‘Team Caerphilly’ and we need a candidate with aspirations and a clear vision to become a key part of the Corporate Management Team. You will have extensive experience and a proven track record as a senior leader at a corporate level or similar environment. You will possess an in-depth understanding and knowledge of Welsh Local Government and the devolved context.You will also need to hold a relevant professional and management qualification and most of all need to care passionately about the services that we deliver.
