Havebury Housing Partnership manages over 6,400 homes for Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership. It is a very exciting time to join the business as we invest £60 million in new homes in the years 2 Managing our increased number of homes without a proportionate increase in overheads. Our homes are located in towns and villages right across the East of England and we are consistently adding more homes to our portfolio. We work closely with local authorities, agencies and housing developers to collectively meet the local social housing requirements whilst proactively providing tenancy and estate services to our tenants. We are looking for a Customer Advisor on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to join our fast paced and busy Voids and Allocations team here at Havebury Housing. With your methodical and customer centric work ethic you will provide an outstanding level of customer service and support to our tenants. Requirements Support the Allocation and Voids Team by maintaining and updating databases on I.T systems, Choice Based Lettings system, spread sheets and provide general administrative support. Sustain accurate customer Tenancy records and property information on internal and external systems whilst ensuring collation of profiling vulnerability data including data associated with customer satisfaction. To source, collect and collate data for the Allocation and Voids Manager in respect of monitoring reports on behalf of Havebury and outside agencies, including obtaining reports, performance data and other information as directed. Raise void initial works orders on CX and process invoices on internal database/system. Monitoring and maintaining time critical information regarding council tax and utility companies. Carry out scanning of all relevant documents and file on appropriate IT systems as directed. Provide administrative support for our Garage service on a Thursday and Friday only. Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, Teams and contractors to ensure the timely completion of work on properties meeting Right First-Time objectives. Person specification: The ability to and experience of maintaining data and inputting basic formulas within excel spreadsheets Substaincial experience in an office/phone-based Customer service/sales type role Experience of confidentiality and competently using Microsoft Teams Experience within the Social Housing Sector would be an advantage Proficient user of Microsoft office packages A natural desire to assist and be patient with customers and colleagues Aware of the importance of GDPR and keeping or disclosing sensitive information An ability to work unsupervised, under pressure whilst delivering an excellent service Adaptable to change, willing to embrace new ideas and processes Benefits Annual salary of £20,000-£22,000 (Depending on experience) and a pension between 5% - 10% dependant on individual contribution, as well as further excellent benefits.
