The Workforce Directorate at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust currently have a number of exciting opportunities for experienced HR professionals to join the growing team following significant investment in a new business partnering model. These opportunities are as follows: Deputy Workforce Business Partner- Band 6 As a Deputy Workforce Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting the Workforce Business Partner (Band 7) and Senior Workforce Business Partner (Band 8a) to deliver the Trust’s Workforce and OD Strategy, supporting implementation within your areas of responsibility and delivery of specific workforce objectives. You will lead on specific corporate HR projects across the Trust, ensuring alignment with the strategy. You will play a fundamental role in the delivery of effective, efficient and agile HR and OD practices to ensure provision of a service that meets organisational objectives and performance targets. As a Deputy Workforce Business Partner you will have demonstrable experience in complex employee relations matters, absence management, change management, staff engagement and partnership working. You will also have a strong knowledge of employment legislation and case law and will be able to analyse workforce information and recommend appropriate interventions for improvement.
