We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to work for our client. They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of managing and delivering digital marketing activity across key channels, creating engaging content and driving the overall CX strategy. The Role: Reporting to the Customer Director and based in the company's London office, as the Digital Marketing Manager you will be primarily responsible for working with the Marketing Manager and Ecommerce Manager to deliver joined up and innovative marketing campaigns across key digital marketing channels, as well as playing a key role in designing, implementing and measuring future digital capability. In the job you'll be tasked with the following: - Designing and managing campaigns across email, social, search etc - Monitoring ROI and key areas for improving sales, customer insight and new technologies - Market mapping, competitor and product benchmarking required for setting the digital communication strategy The Candidate: The ideal candidate for this Digital Marketing Manager role will have relevant experience of managing and delivering digital marketing activity across key channels, creating engaging content and driving the overall CX strategy. In addition, it's essential that you possess the following: - Experience managing campaigns across email, social, organic search, paid media and affiliates - An understanding of online and digital shopping experiences - The ability to manage multiple digital agencies and tools as well as interact with development teams - A highly analytical nature, strong organisational skills as well as plenty of initiative, plus exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - An interest in the idea of promoting health in communities through organic, natural and sustainable products Does that sound like you?
