The opportunity:

As a Service Delivery Manager for the UK at OpenText, you are part of our Cloud Services Team. Your focus will be the delivery management of the eDiscovery Case Management team in the UK. You will be responsible for ensuring the flawless delivery of eDiscovery services to the UK within the EMEA LegalTech Cloud. In conjunction with the above you be responsible for the mentoring of career paths for team members, providing guidance where needed and resourcing of the UK team. The provision of timely and accurate invoicing, resolution of invoicing queries and providing such communications to clients. Supporting the automation and innovation of the eDiscovery service in the UK and EMEA region.

You are great at

Team and resource management Dealing with service escalations and seeing them through to resolution Identifying client needs, overseeing the delivery of the services provided within the LegalTech EMEA region Providing insight to clients on the financial position of their projects Delivering daily and weekly meetings to the EMEA team in tandem with other service delivery managers in the e-Discovery EMEA team Working towards providing a flawless delivery of eDiscovery services Providing and pushing forward service innovations

What it takes:

Having a proven track record in the eDiscovery arena. An in-depth knowledge of OT Axcelerate software and associated project procedures.

You can show

Proven experience in eDiscovery, combined with the successful execution of case management review projects and investigations. Fundamental knowledge of the UK legal system and working practices of UK Government bodies in the eDiscovery field. Ideally, you have been part of case management review projects, running and delivering a range of eDiscovery projects both in EMEA and globally. Resourcing and mentoring of team members. Establishing solid and fruitful relationships with customers, team members and other internal teams. You can provide strong communication skills, eDiscovery knowledge with the aim to deliver this to the EMEA client base. Professional demeanor and communication style Knowledge of invoicing and invoicing resolution
