Are you an experienced Family Paralegal based in South Yorkshire looking to make your next career move at one of the region's largest law firms? A well-known firm who have been around for over 40 years are on the lookout for a Family Paralegal to join their busy and hardworking Barnsley office.

Joining the Matrimonial team, it would be anticipated that you would hit the ground running by assisting on both private and publicly funded claims. You would be working closely with the Head of Department and Fee Earners by supporting them with their caseloads, as well as managing your own caseload of Matrimonial matters.

The firm are looking for an experienced Family Paralegal, who ideally has had ownership of a matrimonial caseload in the past. A good knowledge of matrimonial law and family court rules and procedures is vital. You would also need to have excellent client care and communication skills given the type of cases you would be working on.
