The Harlow Hotel by AccorHotels has 119 bright, spacious, and comfortable rooms and is ideal for guests in the area on business or leisure.
We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead and manage the Kitchen team of our corporate hotel. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and creative, has extensive experience in the food industry, a culinary degree, and leadership skills.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of your kitchen including:
- All food production, stock management & wastage t
- Compliance with all statutory regulations and legislation t
- Staff training & retention t
- Food safety & hygiene t
- The kitchen budget and GP
The ideal candidate will be hands on, solid all-round chef with a real passion for Modern cuisine whilst being creative with local ingredients and should have a good understanding of kitchen management
