HR Business Partner - 100% remote - German speaking I am urgently seeking a HR Business Partner for a 3-6 month contract with a high possibility of extension. This role requires an immediate start. Working for a large international retail organisation this is an opportunity to work in a UK and European team. Ideally I am looking for a candidate with Organisational Design expertise and hopefully some skills in communicating in German at business level. You will be used to working in a fast paced environment and you will be an experienced HR Business Partner. You will be eager to identify opportunities for HR to offer strategic value. Business Change and culture transformation will continue to be a priority, enabling and requiring the role to support and define organisational change on a UK and European level. You will be accountable for: * Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance * Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department * Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances * Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention * Provide HR policy guidance * Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning * Identify training needs for teams and individuals * Evaluate training programs * Suggest new HR strategies * Provide Org Design guidance and expertise * Proven work experience as an HR business partner * Excellent people management skills * Analytical and goal oriented * Demonstrable experience with HR metrics * German language preferred Day rate DOE.
