City & Guilds has joined with WJEC, to become the sole provider of funded Health & Social Care qualifications in Wales. We are currently recruiting welsh speaking EQAs to monitor the delivery of the Health & Social Care Qualification Wales qualifications. Industry Area Health and Social Care Sub-market Health Associate Type External Quality Assurer Territories Wales Ref No 10252 City & Guilds and WJEC are now recruiting External Quality Assurers (EQAs) to support and monitor the high quality delivery of these new qualifications. Our EQAs provide centres with guidance, support and current industry expertise. You will maintain effective working relationships with centres and City & Guilds, planning and monitoring quality assurance in line with our qualification requirements and policies. If you would like to be considered for the EQA role please complete the online application form by selecting the 'Apply Now' button.  Essential Criteria: you must be fluent in the welsh language to quality assure assessments written or spoken in welsh ideally live in Wales achieved the Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer qualifications (D32, D33, D34 or A1, V1 or TAQA units). achieved or be working towards the (6312-41) External Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (TAQA) or its equivalent (D35/ V2) in order to carry out centre visits. If you have not achieved these qualifications and you are successful in your application, you will be required to
