I.T Service Desk Assistant Our client is a well-established organisation based in Swindon. Due to increased workload they have an exciting opportunity for a I.T Service Desk Assistant to join the team. £9 Per Hour Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Fridays 8.30am - 4.30pm Key Responsibilities Organise and distribute support tickets on the online helpdesk Field support requests that come through to the technicians by raising new tickets on behalf of the staff member. Answering phones - Resetting passwords, assisting staff with queries. Printing ID cards Answering all emails that come through to the ICT Helpdesk mailbox / passing onto appropriate members of staff. You must have: Current working knowledge of all areas of Microsoft Office Ability to communicate effectively at all levels utilising the most appropriate method/resources Customer Service skills Knowledge of ICT service Processes (Desirable) Previous experience in a customer-facing IT Support Role (Desirable) Ability to work without supervision efficiently and within strict timescales.
