Applause IT are recruiting for a Java Developer on behalf of a globally recognised software enterprise, as they continue on an impressive worldwide growth trajectory. The Java Developer will be joining on a full-time permanent basis and will be working remotely from home for four days per week.

The successful Java Developer will be joining a small agile software engineering team responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of a new real-time vehicle tracking product. This will suit an experienced Java Developer who is seeking an opportunity to further their career. The successful candidate will be working with some interesting technology and will face complex challenges that will excite even the most senior of developers. The business is a global leader that can offer excellent career opportunities both in terms of learning and skill development, as well as progression.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of commercial Java Development experience
Must have experience engineering RESTful Web Services
Knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, MVC and Security)
Some front-end JavaScript skills
