Are you a talented Lead Software Architect looking for your next opportunity? Are you experienced in defining and implementing software architecture?Type: PermanentLocation: SurreySalary: £80kOur client, an automation software specialist employer, specifically producing maintenance and preventative software applications for the oil and gas sector are currently recruiting for a Lead Software Architect to define and implement their software architecture. Specifically, this architect will be responsible for the migration of their products to a SaaS solution so experience in this is crucial. Responsibilities for the Lead Software Architect will include (but are not limited to):·Migrate and direct the implementation of a SaaS solution for products, working alongside the development manager to agree and implement software architecture·Take an active role in leading the Technical Design Authority making certain all product developments meet technical standards ·Responsible for detecting and resolving potential technical issues when they arise with the products and platforms ·Internal code reviews and day to day development team supportSkills required for the Lead Software Architect include (but are not limited to):·Java/Spring, ·SaaS ·Kubernetes·Git (ideally Gitlab) ·Jenkins ·10+ years development experience / experience as a software technical lead·Python SQL (Ideally PostgreSQL)Neo4jIf you’re interested and available, with a relevant background please don’t hesitate to apply.
