Our Client is an established, diversified Major Developer & Contractor operating predominantly in Central London. Project Values extend individually to well over £1Billion- they have several projects valued at over £1Billion currently ongoing and require additional commercial staff for these as well as new projects in the pipeline.
They are looking for experienced M&E Quantity Surveyors and Cost Planners within the London business and are interested in M&E Quantity Surveyors and Cost Planners at all levels. High-level Commercial Roles will require Contractor Experience, however for early-career level and more mid-level roles candidates from purely an M&E sub-contracting background will be very actively considered, provided they are committed to moving across to Main Contractor Environment.
Crucially, this client values stability extremely highly and their strong preference is for candidates with long periods at employers on their CV- you must be able to show a stable career path and a high level of professionalism. MRICS membership is required for the top-level positions and would be advantageous for all roles
