LRL will be recruiting for 8x experienced Multi Skilled Handyman to work for a leading Facilities Management Company. This role is an ongoing contract on a large Production Plant in Billingham, Stockton on Tees. Qualified to NVQ Level 2 standard and CSCS minimum Green card holder, with Fabric Engineer experience within commercial building maintenance, Carrying out Fabric/Handyman/Maintenance works. Duties such as hanging doors, repairing damaged architraves, door frames, boarding up damaged windows, hanging up notice boards, etc. Other duties can include low level plumbing work, patch plastering, tiling and minor electrical such as wiring up sockets, replacing light bulbs. All throughout the Production Plant, workshop, production area, offices, communal areas, etc. There will also be some concrete work. *Starting January 2021* Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8 hours per day (40 hours per week) Pay Rate - Negotiable dependant upon experience and qualifications On going work Qualifications, Certification & Client Requirements CSCS Green or Blue Card NVQ Qualification (Carpentry & Joinery OR Plumbing OR Electrical) Proven experience in Multi Skilled Handyman work 2 Project specific references UK Driving Licence A DBS Check / CRB Check / Scottish Disclosure is not essential but could be beneficial / advantageous.Please get in touch to register your details for this upcoming project
