When was the last time you felt challenged and inspired by a leadership team which are all about transparency, empowerment and development?  Development not just of business growth but people?  The investment which this FMCG company have seen over recent years is significant and are making a step change in their category.  Sustainability and ethical sourcing being high on the agenda.With sites across the UK, this FMCG business have both a PL and Branded portfolio which offers a huge amount of scope for customer collaboration.  An FMCG company who are established enough to offer structure and development, yet small enough to be nimble, dynamic and move with pace.  Following a restructure and further business development, this FMCG business are now looking to appoint a National Account Manager to enhance their offering.  The position is a home based role and will see you take the lead with Top 6 Grocery retailers working closely with one of the National Account Controllers to ensure continued success as the business further expands.  This role would suit someone stepping up from an NAE position or a NAM who is looking for their second rotation.The portfolio is complex, and the successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of commerciality, strategic JBP development and implementation. What else is involved?Increasing distribution of core range, operating across private label and key branded linesManage mutual margin ambitionsAgreeing and managing Buying and Selling plans for the yearCollaboration with customer and internal colleagues on NPD development and sign offThe successful candidate will hold Top 6 Grocery retail experience and familiar in operating with Private Label products.
