The Pembrokeshire Specialist Palliative Care Team has an opportunity for an individual with a passion for palliative care to come and join the team as a Band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist. As part of the Specialist Palliative Care multi-disciplinary team, this post will be an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic nurse with a passion for palliative care to gain skills and experience in the provision of palliative care within an acute setting. Supported by the Clinical Lead Nurse for Palliative care and Palliative Care Consultant, you will be supported at all times and have an individual training and development plan. The post holder will be expected to work in Withybush General Hospital. The post is part time (22.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with flexible working/days available.
