Job DescriptionWorking closely with the Executive Assistant's and wider corporate teams to ensure seamless, high-level administrative support to the business. Quality assurance checks on important documents for clients: checking grammar, spelling, formatting to the company style ensuring all documents are standardised and of the highest quality. Production of documents such as; shortlist packs, proposals, presentations, letters etc. Attending and minute taking internal meetings and distributing the minutes to the business each week. Keeping internal database up to date and accurate. Sort and distribute incoming post and organise and send outgoing post. Able to respond to client and internal communication via email and letter.
The Successful ApplicantStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, good knowledge of Word - essential. Written communication, grammar and accuracy skills - essential.S Strong knowledge of administrative procedures/tasks, attention to detail, organisational, and time management. Ability to multitask, manage pressure, conflicting demands, prioritise tasks and workload. Applying the same approach to quality no matter how small or large the task. Confident telephone manner. Flexibility and adaptability - able to respond to rapidly changing scenarios.
