JOB- Process Engineer
LOCATION- Gloucestershire
TERM- Permanent

SALARY- £30,000-£40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a Process Engineer on a permanent basis in the Gloucestershire area with excellent knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques and a Continuous Improvement mindset

The Process Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

Degree in Engineering or Chemistry field
Ideally 2 years’ experience in another role
Good organisation and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills across the business
KPI performance measurement experience
Self-motivated individual
Methodical problem solverThe Process Engineer role will involve:

Evaluate and develop manufacturing processes & capabilities
Applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling and various manufacturing techniques
Focus on Continuous Improvement to improve productivity, efficiency & quality
Provide production support
Identify & implement product improvements
Monitor output, quality & scrap rates
Co-ordinate toolbox talks, practical’s & written procedures
