Reporting to the Children’s Marketing & Publicity Director, you will work across all areas of the Simon & Schuster children’s publishing list.Your will have responsibility for developing and managing your own titles’ publicity campaigns as well as managing digital PR and events. This vital role will take the lead on event-focused publicity campaigns, whether in-person or virtual, across the whole S&S list from picture books through to YA. You will also contribute to big brand campaigns, providing essential event support as well as organising and attending book festivals and tours. This role will require travel and occasional weekend work.QUALI are looking for a talented individual with promotion and events skills and a passion for books. You are an enthusiastic and creative individual; you are a team player who is self-motivated, with knowledge of planning creative campaigns and events and a keen interest in the media. You will have a flair for writing great copy and press releases, an ability to deliver campaigns across print, digital, and great interpersonal skills. We are keen to hear from the widest range of candidates and we are open to different types of experience and backgrounds.
