Senior Quantity Surveyor – New Build Residential Developer - RC Frame

My client is an established New Build Residential Developer who deliver top quality Multiple high spec multi phase residential dwellings across the south east.. They have been operating Successfully for over 30 years and have developed a reputation for providing excellent service. They are currently looking at adding a Quantity Surveyor to their successful project delivery team to cover projects across South East London and Kent.

Quantity Surveyor Experience Required:

* Have a proven and successful Quantity Surveyor background within the New Build Residential with a recognized developer or main contractor

* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong commercial skills

Role of the Quantity Surveyor:

* To work on multiple projects with a value of up to £30m overseeing cost management various building packages across the build cycle

* You will be expected to work on projects across the region occasionally tasked with attending site for meetings

* You will be working out of the South East London/Kent office

* Their main area of expertise lies within residential new build on RC Frame and you will be expected to have knowledge in these areas
