We are looking to recruit a confident, friendly, approachable and helpful Receptionist/Administrator to be the first Face upon arrival, and voice for all incoming calls. A great opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and versatile and well organised Receptionist/Administrator to join a well-established engineering firm who are specialists in their industry.
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Salary: £19,500pa to £20,000pa d.o.e

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm
We are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator duties will include but will not be restricted to:
Providing full administration support including compiling reports, composing letters and memo's and general correspondence, for the Senior Operations Management team, as well has holiday/sickness cover for other commercial roles within the company.
Meeting and greeting all site visitors, and contractors ensuring that all relevant H&S paperwork is complete before the enter the main site. Receiving a vast amount of incoming courier deliveries on a daily basis. Final check all outgoing collections.
Manning a busy switchboard, receiving all calls, assisting with general enquiries, gatekeepers calls, transferring and taking messages when required.
Liaising with a large team of Field Engineers on a daily basis, in relations to time sheets/working hours, job allocations, spare part collections and general enquiries.
Undertaking other duties and tasks that form time to time may be allocated, from other departments.
The successful Receptionist/Administrator will have previous Receptionist/Administrator from an Engineering or manufacturing background. Strong administration and communication skills are essential for this role, with good IT skills especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint packages. As an individual it is essential that you are able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task, prioritise and communicate well with others, and take autonomy of your job role.
