Our brands are leaders in beauty, and we are looking for you to lead the change you want to see in L'Oreal. Regulatory Specialist We are looking for a Notification Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for Notification activities for the UK Group. This role forms part of the UK Scientific and Regulatory Affairs team who work across all L'Oreal UK & Ireland brands and divisions. YOU WILL...PURPOSE: To coordinate and manage cosmetic product notification activities for the UK Group. To provide support and advise the business on matters relating to Cosmetic Product Notification. KEY ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE: A fast-paced collaborative role working with multi parts of the business. The team is an integral part of the business whose role is ever-changing to meet the needs of the business and our consumers. Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: • Being the single point of contact for UK Cosmetic Product Notification. • Ongoing notification of L'Oreal UK cosmetic products in the UK notification portal. • Implementation and maintaining good file management. • Collating and maintaining product artwork files. • Managing requests from UK competent Authorities. • Regular interaction with EU notification team based in Paris. • Implementing and maintaining quality control processes and procedures. • Training of contractors as and when needed and advising contractors on technical difficulties with systems. YOU HAVE...Alongside a proven track record in a professional/related environment and a passion for the products in our business: • Minimum good honours degree • Excellent project management skills • Self - motivated, organised and excellent attention to detail • Strong cooperative team spirit • Confident communicator • An aptitude for information systems and data management, including Excel and other internal IT systems • Remain calm under pressure and be able to adapt • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Previous experience in European cosmetic product notification is desirable
