Sales and Marketing Administrator
Working on behalf of a reputable company based in Cottenham, we are seeking a highly organised and professional Sales and Marketing Administrator. You will be working alongside the Business Development Manager to support them with all the administration of sales whilst also maintaining strong relationships with all customers. You will also have marketing experience to help the increase social media and website profile of the business. Start: ASAP Location: Cottenham, Cambridgeshire Salary: £25,000 Bonus scheme upon successful completion of probation period Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 17.00pm however start and finish times can be flexible To be suitable for this role you will have had experience of working in a fast paced environment, managing customer enquiries, orders and putting together quotations accurately. You will also demonstrate excellent customer service with an ability to upsell where possible. Experience of managing social media platforms is also key. Duties: Managing all customer enquiries, taking full information and adding them accurately onto the database system Managing key accounts and ensuring repeat business is gained from existing accounts Updating the database records and creating sales reports to provide to management Preparing and raising sales quotations, ensuring each quotation is logged onto the system Using the quotations to prepare invoices for customers Chasing customers on any issues regarding the quotations Sending finalised and agreed quotations to the accounts team Obtaining customer feedback regularly to ensure standards of customer service are kept to the company standards Supporting any leads from customers and following up with information about the business to help support in the sale Running various campaigns throughout the year as and when required Supporting in the running of social media platforms to help increase the business profile (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) Updating the website with new posts or advertising as and when required Monitoring the CRM database and keeping it regularly updated General administrative duties that may be required Skills and Experience: MUST have previous experience of working in a similar position Experience of supporting with social media and websites Strong administrative skills IT skills with the us of MS office packages and CRM databases Excellent customer service skills Professional and polite telephone manner Strong administrative skills Strong numeracy and literacy skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Positive, can-do attitude with aptitude and desire to learn If you have not received a response within 3-5 working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
