Job Description: What will my new role involve?Joining our team as our Marketing and Sales Technology Lead, you will take on a varied role with a clear focus on three areas; technical, quality and leadership. Your responsibilities in each of these areas will be as a company we build and deliver exceptional campaigns, driving continued performance improvements through an analytical, data-driven approach. In this role you will need to:Have UX/UI at the forefront of everything you doHave a performance, optimization and insight-driven approach, where data drives decisions, not personal opinionBe passionate about conversion rate optimizationBuild first-class responsive emails and landing pagesBe able to advise and devise on tracking and analytics strategies and approaches for multi-channel campaignsLeadershipAs the leader of the team, you will work with our account teams and liaise with our clients to understand their requirements and challenges, then work with our strategists to translate them into executable high-performing customer experiences. And finally, you will work with the rest of the functional teams in the agency to bring world-class ideas and designs to life online getting hands-on with the detail and delivery where needed.QualityOn a daily basis in this role you will be expected to deliver first-class work, drive high performance in the team, work cross-department to build best in class proposals/programs for our clients and work with clients to understand their challenges and advise innovative approaches to overcome them. Essential Skills: Our ideal Marketing and Sales Technology LeadOur ideal candidate needs to have a very keen eye for detail and will speak the language of a creative and a developer.
