Role: An opportunity is available at a luxury hotel with a highly regarded reputation for a Sous Chef where you will be assisting the Head Chef to manage the kitchen operation and to ensure the team of chefs are capable of working to the high standards required at this property. The hotel has multiple food outlets including an AA Rosette awarded fine dining restaurant serving classic food which features the best produce available in the local region where ever possible. The hotel also offers a Gastro Pub Style menu in the bar and is a popular venue for weddings and functions. In this role of Sous Chef you will be capable of running the kitchen during the Head Chef days off and ensuring the junior team members are fully prepared for service and trained to be able to produce great quality dishes to high standards. Requirements: A Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef who has recently been working in a two AA Rosette accredited venue who also has a good knowledge of banqueting is needed for this role. A chef with all round skills in the kitchen who is capable of leading others whilst also running service when needed is required to take on this role.
