Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a part time Stakeholder Engagement Consultant for an FE College based in East London. Stakeholder Engagement Consultant will be required to work on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 5.30pm. Location: Monday & Tuesday from home and Wednesday based in Stratford. Purpose of the role: To work with JCP and other stakeholders (Example, housing associations, training providers and NCS) to promote the AEB provision and gain referrals (their customers to attend our courses) Principle Accountability's: · To support the performance of the AEB provision, by setting-up effective referral channels. · Working with internal and external stakeholders develop and agree programme engagement plans to meet performance requirements of the AEB provision · Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholder groups (e.g. Local Authorities, Housing associations, training providers and NCS) to ensure our approach and offer is aligned with local stakeholder objectives. · Coordinate engagement and partnership meetings with key partners · Work alongside Operational teams to ensure engagement activity is focused in the areas of greatest need · Utilising management information to evaluate the impact of programme referral channels and identifying areas for improvement. · Initiate, prepare and deliver high quality engagement sessions via a range of methodologies, including virtual presentations, workshops and seminars at dedicated events. · Contribute to your regular performance review to ensure performance is meeting expectations, where appropriate, embracing performance improvement actions. · Ensures best practice is adhered to and championed · Is prepared to work flexibly to meet the needs of the project, including any necessary travel and overnight stays · Accountable for own professional development and undertake necessary training as identified in the Performance Review process. · To handle personal data in accordance with the organisation's data protection policy. · Actively participate in, and promote Prevent and the safeguarding of children, young people and vulnerable adults. · Adhere to the company's policies and procedures always, including Safeguarding, Equal Opportunities, Quality, Health and Safety and IT. · To undertake any other duties, as required, appropriate to the post.
