I'm recruiting for a unique full time opportunity for a Tenant Liaison Officer in Aberdeen. This post is for 37.5 hours a week between Monday-Friday. Due to the travel involved in this role you must have a full drivers licence. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer therefore will bring with you knowledge and confidence dealing with questions, concerns and issues raised by tenants during construction work to their home. Experience working in a community led role or with a local authority where customer care has been at the heart of your role will also be considered. You will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and be able to build rapport at all levels to minimise issues and reassure tenants on any concerns raised.
