Permanent Small Animal and Equine Veterinary Surgeon Derby Derbyshire (VETSEEK-0711) We are recruiting a permanent Small / Equine Veterinary Surgeon to join an independent mixed animal practice on the outskirts of Derby. This is a full-time position working a split of 60% small animal and 40% Equine. Hours of work are 4 / 5 days per week 9am - 7pm each day with a 1:3 weeknights and weekends on call. The OOH is usually quite quiet with a general figure of 5 call outs a month. They require a mixed animal Veterinary surgeon with a minimum of 1 years' experience, and they must be happy with sole charge work as this is required. They must be competent with routine surgeries and consultations.
