Base pay rangeSuade is seeking an ambitious Sales Account Executive to join our team. We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years' enterprise selling experience who want to take their skills to the next level in a fast-growing tech company.
We are a market-leading regtech company with cutting-edge technology that automates regulatory reporting, compliance and financial risk solutions for global institutions. Our technology outperforms the competition on every metric, and we are supported by unprecedented need for new technology to solve complex and growing regulatory burdens. We serve Tier 1 banks across Europe, North America, and Asia.
You will ideally have experience of consultative enterprise software with experience of the financial services industry.
This role is based in London. Suade has a flexible working policy but you will need to be available to come into the London office when required. Some travel may be required.
Salary, £50-70k based on experience, plus 100% on-target commission. Please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build and close a sales pipeline (of new business and upsell) to meet your revenue targets
- Own the full sales cycle, from qualified lead to close, with a customer-centric consultative approach
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
- Work with the delivery team to onboard new clients seamlessly and create opportunities for upselling
- Work closely with the business development team and marketing team to shape outreach activity that brings you high-quality leads
- Present deals for review, and realistic sales forecasts, to the management team
- Meticulously record all sales activity in our CRM, to enable data-driven decision making
- Support colleagues in the sales team by contributing insights into competitive landscape and customer behaviour
- 2-4 years' enterprise selling experience.
- Highly-motivated self-starter, comfortable with rejection, and committed to following through
- Results-oriented, resourceful, with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills (over email, calls and in-person meetings)
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to diagnose clients' needs and adapt messaging immediately
- Ability to understand, interpret, and effectively communicate technical concepts
- Analytical with strong attention to detail, comfortable operating a pricing model.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
- Understanding of regulatory/prudential reporting, or experience in another regulatory sector, would be a strong advantage

As an Account Executive, you will be part of the team responsible for signing new clients and bringing new revenue to the SBS platform. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from target selection, prospecting to client meetings and deal close.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prospecting and contacting key clients from a named list as well as your own research to find clients suitable for real-time payments and the SBS product
- Owning client interactions through top-tier verbal and written communication skills that earn the trust of the client and demonstrate how SBS can solve their problems
- Ownership of sales opportunities and closing deals. You will be working in a small but supportive team to onboard new clients throughout the full sales cycle.
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge to steer clients through the buying journey and ability to guide clients through consultative and value based discussions
- Maintaining and utilising Salesforce to closely track deal lifecycle and to produce accurate projections of future deals and close dates
- As a member of the SBS sales team you will be a key player in the development and scaling of the maturity and approach to sales within the SBS team.
Requirements
- Previous top performing sales experience at a payments or fintech company
- Existing understanding of FPS, Bacs, Open Banking, A2A payments and the developing ecosystem around the National Payments Vision, or strong willingness to learn
- Deep CRM understanding and habits
- Familiarity with API driven products
- Demonstrable emotional intelligence to understand our customers and their needs and how they can be solved by the SBS product
- Understanding of consultative selling, key buyer personas and strong go-to-market instincts
- Positive attitude and approach with proven experience of ownership of problems and opportunities
- Hands-on, resilient and adaptable to a fast moving environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
