Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a bespoke Underwriting Workbench platform, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology execution, and delivery timelines.
- Champion Agile methodologies, fostering a collaborative, outcome-driven culture across business, technology, and offshore development teams.
- Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, managing dependencies across CRM, workflow, data, and AI integration components.

We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join a growing digital function within a well-established, mission-driven organisation. This is the first hire of its kind and will play a key role in embedding Agile ways of working, proving the value of delivery leadership, and shaping how Agile delivery is scaled across the organisation.
This is a delivery leadership role for someone hands-on with delivery, confident working with integration-focused technical teams, and capable of managing or mentoring other Agile professionals.
